Montgomery County arrests, July 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on July 9:

Javier Hernandez Jr. was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES and driving with an invalid license and previous conviction. Hernandez's address is listed as 5419 Imperial Grove Drive, Houston, TX 77066.

Wilfred Joseph Labbe, of 4119 Belgrade, Houston, TX 77045, was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND and driving while intoxicated 2nd.

Lee Dell Nard was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ
Frederick Clint Owens, of 2074 Aspen Glade, Humble, TX 77339, was arrested on alleged charges of EXPIRED MV REGISTRATION, expired motor vehicle registration, NO DRIVERS LICENSE, driving without a driver's license, FAILURE TO APPEAR CLASS C, failure to appear (Class C misdemeanor), NO LIAB INSUR/CLS C and no liability insurance (Class C misdemeanor).

Fannon Ann Stephens, of 20434 Jasperwood Lane, Humble, TX 77338, was arrested on alleged charges of HARASSMENT and harassment.
