Melissa Sue Stevens was arrested on charges of driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on September 1, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Stevens, a 27 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on September 1, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 14227 Kittydale.
