Keith Renault Andrews was arrested on charges of aggravated assault -ser bod injury, violating a promise to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 3 counts of driving with expired registration, 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and ffailure stop desig point, stop sig on January 12, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Andrews, a 40 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 12, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 424 Bender Ave. #30.
