A half-ounce of marijuana was seized by Humble Police at the Bender Hollow Apartments in the 400 block of S. Bender Avenue on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 2 a.m.
An 18-year-old male was arrested in conjunction with the seizure and was charged with possession of marijuana, less than two ounces.
The arresting officer noted in the police report that the suspect was “intentionally and knowingly” in possession of the drug.
The charge is a Class B misdemeanor, and carries a penalty of up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000.
